How does a Banana Pudding Pancake or maybe a Bourbon Salted Pecan Waffle sound for a new Healthy Breakfast choice? Or better yet, (or just as good) perhaps you would rather spice up your Bacon with one of three Famous Bacon Rub's including Bourbon Pecan Praline Bacon Rub, Cajun Bacon Rub or the Original Flavor. I absolutely love some of these very creative new Breakfast Food names Erica Barrett, the owner of Southern Culture Foods has come up with. Something already tells me Erica's new business coming to the Shark Tank is going to be a Huge Success after her appearance.

The path Southern Culture Foods Short Stacks Pancakes has been on since becoming a "real business" in April 2012, is about as impressive and motivating as they get when it comes to following your true passion. Up until that time Barrett had a comfortable career in human resources making a decent income. She never cooked professionally, but always loved to cook because it was more of a passion. It wasn't until her Husband talked Erica into entering The Food Network and Lea Perrins contest that put things in motion and end up on the Biggest Business Stage in History, the Shark Tank Show. Erica walked away with 1st Prize for her Crunchy Asian Pork Tacos, $10,000.00 and a trip to New York City.
